For dental practices in England

Your CQC evidence, kept in order for you

PracticeProof is a specialist CQC agent, purpose-built for dental practices. It reads the documents you upload, shows each date with the quote and page it came from, tracks expiry dates and drafts missing policies from named sources. You check and approve. Nothing enters your register without you.

Riverside Dental Practice (example)
72%
  • 13 of 18 key documents in date
  • 5 missing or expired, with next steps ready
  • 6 expiring within 90 days
Planned: a short report by email every week.

Most CQC paperwork is routine. It still takes hours.

Chasing certificates

Fire, Legionella, X-ray and autoclave reports from different contractors, each with its own renewal date.

Keeping training in date

DBS, hepatitis B, safeguarding and resuscitation records for every person in the team.

Policies that need reviews

Policies to write, update and approve, often only remembered just before an inspection.

How it works

1

Add what you have

Upload a PDF, Word or text file. One document is enough to start. Photos and forwarded emails are coming soon.

2

The agent does the routine work

It reads the dates, shows where it found them, drafts missing policies when you ask and lists what is due.

3

You check and approve

Every date and every draft waits for your OK. The dashboard shows what needs you.

Built to be trusted

What PracticeProof is not

  • Not a CQC rating or a prediction of your inspection
  • Not legal or clinical advice: drafts are starting points you approve
  • Not connected to CQC: PracticeProof is independent

Your data

  • No patient data: files that look like they contain patient names are blocked at upload
  • Each practice's data is kept separate
  • Policy drafts have not yet been reviewed by a qualified compliance consultant, so have them checked by a competent person

Questions

Does PracticeProof guarantee a good inspection?

No. Dental practices are not rated, and no software can promise an outcome. PracticeProof helps you keep complete, current evidence and shows you the gaps early.

Who writes the policies?

The agent drafts them with AI from a list of official sources, and each draft names the sources it used. Drafts have not been reviewed by a qualified person. Your practice checks, adapts and approves them. An optional consultant review is coming soon.

How much time does it take?

We do not have measured figures yet. We will measure this in the pilot and publish what we find.

What do we need to start?

Nothing special. One document is enough. You can add the rest over time.

Spend less time on paperwork and more on patients
